LEAVE YOUR
RESEARCH
IN OUR HANDS
Since 2003, AGR Health Sciences has been working on qualitative market research focused on healthcare fieldwork. Our experienced team can adapt to all types of projects of greater or lesser magnitude and to different kinds of methodologies, such as ethnographic studies and online research.
Vitaminize Your Research
Project management
We approach your project from a comprehensive scope, which distinguishes us from most qualitative research companies. More than 20 years of experience allow us to anticipate your needs and meet all your expectations. We have a solid network of researchers and interpreters, specialized in fielding qualitative market research methods throughout the Spanish territory. In short, we have a triple advantage: we are experts in qualitative patient research, we are experts in health sciences, and we are experts in the Spanish market. For this reason, we are perfect for conducting your project from A to Z, with the know-how to react to unforeseen scenarios in all the intermediate ‘letters’.
Recruitment
All phases are relevant to ensure the overall excellence of a quality market research study. However, it is evident that only with good respondents’ recruitment it is possible to capture insights of value that subsequently will be able to guide more far-reaching results. When it comes to recruitment of patients, HCPs, KOLs and payers, AGR’s performance is absolutely outstanding. We offer a unique and personalized recruitment approach for each project. Our methodology is hybrid, using different channels to optimize the process.
Additionally, we are constantly updating and nurturing our extensive database. For this, the synergic cooperation with the moderators is vital in a double sense: in defining selection criteria and in feedback about the respondents to control the quality of the database.
Moderation
We capture the maximum amount of information from the respondents: their thoughts, assumptions, opinions, feelings, and even the rumours that frighten them… Everything counts. You have to know how to listen so that they freely and sincerely share those most relevant aspects, which will help us deliver meaningful insights. In this work, experience is vital. Our team of moderators has over 35 years of combined experience. Not just interviewing different types of medical and healthcare professionals; but also, patients and payors for diverse healthcare providers. In addition, they have worked in most therapeutic areas, inlcuding rare diseases. Our moderators are particularly experienced in areas as complex as oncology and neurology.
Translation
The value of qualitative market research lies in understanding the meanings. Therefore, the power of words and seamless communication between respondents and moderators are absolutely relevant. AGR has a team of translators and interpreters who guarantee a precise and accurate translation service, able to feel and express every single nuance. It is highly demanding translation work. On the one hand, it is based on deep knowledge and expertise in medical and health science language. On the other hand, it must produce understandable verbal content for medical expert respondents and patients who use colloquial language. In this way, full communication can be done in which nothing is lost, nor are misunderstandings based on the typical tricky false friends between different languages.
Analysis
In the final phase, we turn the respondents’ oral, spontaneous and organic discourse into a structured report, where the key insights and the most significant findings have been identified. At AGR, we approach this process from a professional analysis capacity, with sharpness so as not to miss relevant data and with objectivity so as not to bias the results. Our primary motivation is to make sense of the collected information. After our long years working with different companies in the health science sector and comparing pros and cons in many qualitative market research examples, we understand that each client is used to a report’s schema that best suits their needs, which is why we adapt the way of presenting the results to different layouts.
